An Omani national engineer with over 40 years of experience in Oman, specializing in mechanical engineering, development, and regulatory frameworks, with strong knowledge of local building codes and system functionality. He previously served at Muscat Municipality and is now retired, bringing valuable leadership experience and deep understanding of authority systems and infrastructure development across Oman.

With over 23 years of experience in the GCC region, Shibu is an accomplished leader in Mechanical Engineering Consultancy and Contracting, specializing in MEP design. Shibu has successfully led numerous landmark projects across the GCC, known for his technical expertise, innovative solutions, and strong leadership in the field of sustainable construction.
